Final Counts A final count of guests must be provided 7 calendar days prior to your event for all wedding receptions and events of 100+ guests, 3 business days prior for events less than 100 guests. You will be charged for this number even if there are fewer in attendance. In the event that attendance exceeds the guaranteed count, each uncounted guest will be added to the event bill. A surcharge may be assessed for additional tables set during the event. For plated service, our chef will prepare entrées based on the number of each entrée provided with the final count. In the event individual entrée counts vary at the time of service, you will be charged for additional entrées ordered, even if the total guest count does not exceed the guarantee. For buffet and reception events, due to health concerns no food may be taken home from the buffet. Music & Dancing Our space is perfect for live music and dancing for those using our entire Creekside space or Top Deck. County regulations require outdoor music to conclude by 10:00pm but may continue indoors past 10:00pm. A multi disc CD player and overhead speakers is also available to play your CDs when booking all of our space, or you may select our background music. Nothing may be affixed to walls or windows without prior approval. Cakes and decorations, in addition to those furnished, must be delivered during your set up time, 2 hours prior to event start, and must be removed from the premises at the end of your event.
