Market Street Broiler Heirloom Tomato Salad
 

Ingredients:
3 tomatoes (different kinds are best), sliced about 1/4" to 1/2" thick
1 cup spinach, sliced
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon balsamic tar (1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar reduced by boiling to 1 to 2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
pinch of fresh cracked black pepper

Method:
Place tomatoes on top of the spinach. Top with balsamic tar and olive oil. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and black pepper over top.
