Crab Sandwich |

Ingredients: 2 slices sour dough or French bread 2 slices Jarlsberg cheese (may substitute Swiss) 2 ounces Thousand Island dressing 4 ounces crab meat (Snow, Dungeness, Rock or Lump Crab) 2 tablespoons butter, softened 1 ripe avocado, halved and peeled Method: Place the crab and avocado in a pan under the broiler to warm. Spread butter on the outside of both slices of bread for each sandwich, and the Thousand Island Dressing on the inside of both slices of bread. Place the bread, butter side down, in a medium-hot skillet. Layer on the slices cheese, warm crab and avocado.
