King Crab Cocktail Serves 2 |

Ingredients: 1 avocado, halved, peeled and seeded 6 ounces Alaska King crab meat 3 ounces Maple Vinaigrette 1 teaspoon red bell pepper, finely diced 1 teaspoon red onion, finely diced capers to taste Method: In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, peppers, onions, and vinaigrette and mix well. Spoon the mixture onto two serving plates. Garnish with avocado and capers to taste. Maple Vinaigrette 1 cup olive oil 1 cup red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 2 tablespoons maple syrup salt and pepper to taste Mix ingredients together. ««« Back to Recipe Search page |
